three phase current imbalance

Hi,
I have flashing alarm (code 44 - three phase imbalance) on our freezer Thermoguard uP-D after having problem with our electricity. Now that we have stable electricity, I can't clear or reset the fault even after pressing ALARM and ENTER.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
