Hi everybody,

I need your assistance on a problem with my Liebert Hiross HPM + iCom control.
I have set an IP Adress to the iCOM controller and i try to access it's web interface but the only result I have is a web page with the message
"The web interface is disabled"

I've not find the way to enable it so have you a piece of advice ?

Is there a configuration to make to make it work ?

In advance Thanks a lot for your replies.

Hi,
same thing here, did you find a solution ?
Another thing, is your HiSNMP address responding to snmp queries ?
thanks

Hi snik,
I have same situation but I can not even change the IP adress on the controller.
How did you do that? Using password 221 I can only access level 3 but as it seems I need level 4.
Can you help me?
thanks

probably simple monitoring is disabled
check "Son" parameter, if is it no, you need icom service tool to enable

Depends on which version of software is installed.

EV is the early iCom software, however the current version is PA.

EV, you simply use level 3 password & change the Son (Simple Moniitoring) parameter to yes.

PA is a different kettle of fish altogether. Level 3 password confirguration parameters can only be done through a Coldfire display, not the 3 digit display insode the machine. Even then, if tyhe simple monitoring parameter has not been included in the factory settings (usually isn't) you shall need the iCom Service Tool (iST) software installed on a laptop to be able tio add this feature. This shall need the attendance of an Emrson engineer with laptop to configure.

Depends on iCOM software installed in controller. HiSNMP only works on earlier EV software.
