Hi,
I had a heat problem with an air conditioning AQV09AWN-X. This donīt produce heater and one day the external unit board burned completely.

We replace the external unit control board but now the internal unit gave us the E1-01 error which is a communication error between both units.
But we realize that the internal unit turns on the 220V only for a few seconds and after that the voltage backs to zero and I thought that the external unit board don't have enough time to start the communication and after a few minutes the internal unit gave us the E1-01 error.

I donīt know what I can do to solve this problem, I need some help. Do you have any clue about this problem?

regards

When I install a new board we need to introduce an "option code" in internal unit for the external board starts to communicate with internal unit.

Someone know where is this "option code"?

The right reference of my interior unit is AQV09AWAN.
Anyone know the option code for this unit?

Well, I answer to my question but this can be useful to anyone.

For the unit AQV09AWAN
the option code is
004777-17520C

or also can be
004877-17520C

depending on the board.

Anyone has the schematic of AQV09AWAX board ?

My new board has high voltage on it but the low voltage is always zero and the 7805 regulator didnīt work and also the microcontroller and the complete board.

Anyone knows what unit produces low voltage?

What is the voltage value in pair blue-black wires on interior board?

Hi again,

I though that the problem is on SMPS module.

Someone has a SAMSUNG SMPS module schematic (don't matter the model)?
