I need a gentlemen to help me with my air conditioner which will get cold but not hot, a very rude man from hsg sander who said it was his screwdriver in his pocket tried to sell me a boiler instead I dont want a boiler just good service, can anyone help me please

Ask Tonto he's good with the domestic stuff , I believe he's good with old boilers aswell

Hi Megs.
despite all the previous, are you sure the A/C is a heat pump and not cooling only. If reverse cycle heat pump, possibly a thermostat of reversing valve problem, what ever which way you will need a service tech to check it out.

ok you have me curious now, can not post names but could i say there was one engineer that came to service the air conditioning and well what can i say, there was much more than screwdriver in his pocket, he was from the same company but shared a name with an english goal keeper called gordan, albeit he never got round to fixing the air conditioner, he did earn his money that day
