How do you get hold of one? I know it's via a laptop , but what is one exactly? Is it just a programme or something physically that plugs into VRV?
Thanks

It's a box that connects to the System on one side and the laptop on the other, this will then allow the service checker software on your laptop to communicate with the system.

It's sold by Daikin, which by the way also run courses on how to use them.
The price will vary with your discount but they aren't cheap.

Thanks for the reply Viking,
I've just been told we actually Have a service checker at our depot. Do I need some type of programme off daikin to install onto a laptop first? If so I take it that you have to get this off daikin? Thanks for your help

They should have gotten the disks with the checker itself, otherwise it's on the extranet

Also worth noting, the checker connects via serial port to your laptop so if your's hasn't got one you need a serial to USB lead as well.
