If i want to change material suction pipe from Cu to AL, what kind of item that i must considered ?
As i know Thermal conductivity AL only 59% from Cu.....

Need Advised,

Thank you :)

if you want to change just suction line only you have to put same size of pipe you had.
In suction line we do not need to worry about thermal conductivity of pipe , do not forget to do insulation pipe
again.
but if you want to change also evaporator then you need to choose a new model with AL pipes with same duty as you had in old one.

by the way why you want to do that's.

i have a plan change Suction pipe and condenser use Aluminium....change material is for cost innovation.
But, i suction pipe, there is some area that attach with capillary pipe (SLHX = suction line heat exchanger), is not important ?

if you have piping and you want to change it to AL, ? why it
if it has leak you can weld it . it is easy to weld copper than AL.
suction line heat exchanger is important but you can use old one and also if you want to by new one from market that one also is made from copper.

but if you want to design new system with AL. pipe in suction it is another case. do as same as you do for copper and also do not forget to put more support to hold pipes on that.

If it was so easy and good, all the refrigeration pipes were made of AL, ask yourself why it is not.

Actually, I did some experiments on this recently. Broke out the TIG and found it's as easy to weld copper as it is AL. Turns out you can even braze with the TIG if you're careful.

if AL pipe apply, all connection may be change from welding to lokring as soon as possible.
I already read the advantages of using AL pipe in refrigeration system....

A Belgium manufacturer of transport units (Klimaterm) used in the past all alu condenors and alu evporators. All their bends were glued. I have clients whom used these units for +/- 25 years without any problems.
Sure you can TIG copper and alu but it will take enormous time to do this.

This pipe is new on the market here, i have yet to try it. Its a copper inner and aluminuim outer pipe, being marketed to save cost and be less likely to be stolen for scrap.

The pipe being joined is alu outside to copper inside. I believe it needs a heat shrink cover once done to prevent galvanitic corrosion.

No you can't. Aluminium melts at around 600C and copper at 1200C and they don't mix.
You can solder them with a third metal at very low temp. I think around 300C
