Hi there, I have a Q series Manitowoc, that has stopped working. I can get the thing to go into the clean cycle, but as far as harvest mode, it wont make a sound. I took the cover off of the top of the machine and the "wtr lvl" led light is lit up green. I don't know if that means something or not. The only other thing that has happened is the dump valve is slowly leaking. But there isn't really anything under it to be damaged, and I cleaned the little bit of standing water out. I have a new dump valve on order, but I really don't see it causing the machine to not even turn on, in the ice cycle.
