Model: Frigidaire Cyclamatic
Type: 10+ years old (manual defrost)
Hey Everyone,
New member here, hoping to get some help with a fridge problem i have been having, my freezer is fine but my fridge can be cold one day and room temperature the next and the compressor seems to be running non-stop.
I had a technician out a few years ago when this problem first started and he said he thought the fridge was low on *****, however, it has been fine for the past few months. The problem has just started again in the last few weeks, and from the reading i have done online it sounds like the problem is more likely to be due to a faulty condenser fan? And i have noticed the fridge really struggles with hotter weather. I have no ice build up in either fridge or freezer. And i have dusted the back coils to clear the dust.
Just wondering if i should ditch the fridge and go straight for a new one, or if it is worth calling out a technician again?
Thanks.
