I've been trying to give rep points but it always says I have to spread some around before I give it to the same person. Thing is, I never gave any to the person in the first place. I've given out a few but can't seem to give out any more.

i get the same thing, when a good ,informative reply,i go to click give points and i cannot,i too have to spread them but then u end up giving anyone rep points to then that defeats the object!!

Naw, I've been at 3 for some time and i've watched people with 50 posts climb high. Maybe they don't make as many dumb ass comments as I do. Where's chillerman when you need a dumbass comment, how deep in work can he be?

MikeHolm

click on your own post on the star and it tells u your total!-oops 169points for me-as for the eastern air con manufacturer who wasnt a well known brand he must have been on 0 as he was only on his 2nd post.now he must be on negative points!!haha

Maybe you need some cooking lessons or maybe the curry was just too hot and sitting down becomes ....well....uncomfortable. (or you wanted to pay someone back for a similar trick)

mike it was cooked in good faith with no intentions of affecting christmas, maybe i marinaded it a bit too much- it wasnt even hot sauces - cooking lessons would be useful but ive managed not to poison myself in20yrs so i think i should be ok, anyway you cant teach an old monkey new tricks!!

The tricky bit is spreading the points around.

I can't keep giving anyone more points even if they deserve them until I've found some other rep point receiver. I do try honest. ;)

Our Tonto should be given a medal or a trophy for all the domestic probs he sorts out, a credit to the forum

Domestics are where the housewives are. There is a song in there somewhere

I could tell a few stories about housewives and domestic fridges from when an apprentice. One particular call was that I had to be there at a specific time, housewife sunbathing face up and butt naked in back yard. Nothing wrong with the fridge, I knew her from high school.
It was a lovely summers afternoon experience.

It was a lovely summers afternoon experience. Aint ever been that lucky. I still get the curious young females with low cut tops, bending down beside me to see what i'm working on. Focus on the job Mike.

Hi Mike Ref.
never touch the clients employees is my theory.
Another story was when working for a manufacturing mod, after the friday drinkies the purchasing lady nailed me in car park. Another was a naturalist/ nudist. while flat on my back on the floor head inside a double door compressor section, she had to get something from refrig, no undies and the full monty nicely shaved and trimmed, and a serious twinkle in her eyes, I knew her husband as a gorrilla and he would have ripped me arms and legs off, didn't go there at all. Another was when doing high rise service and standing on a step ladder in my rugby shorts adjusting water vav on evaporator, the 13 peice why fronts elastic have seen better days and a ball was exposed if you looked carefully, well the receptionist ran her hand up the leg and grabbed said ball bag, she was gorgious, but I resisted the offer.

The wife likes to tell about how she and her workmates would get in depth sexy stories from the receptionist about a contractor she was dating. Receptionist was ex -Paris ballet, broke her ankle and she couldn't dance anymore in it. She danced in other ways. This was long before I met my wife but the receptionist was talking about me. Since then we have met 5-6 women I went out with. Now whenever we meet a woman I know, she asks me if I've slept with her.
