Daikin twin split acting up

Hey guys

I have
Ryp250b7w1 outdoor. with 2 x Fhycp125b7v1

Outdoor fuse blown due to jammed fan, replaced fuse outdoor fans running ok , one indoor runs but the other one doesn't budge, checked fan and PCB on indoor both ok, any ideas?

pull the drain plug, if the unit alarms on hi condensate then the unit wont run,in cooling mode the lift pump runs continuously

when you say it wont budge do you mean it wont run in any modes i.e fan only or emergency mode? Have you checked the return air temperature sensor for calibration? (is it giving the correct resistance for that temperature for eg 20k ohms for 25 degrees)
