I have a York mini split model YHJA36FS-ADF, and when I start the heating function i doenst display the set temp or teh room temp, instead it displays E2. And after a little time working it shut down and doesnt restar again, but the unit outside keeps working but the condenser inside doesnt do anything anymore.

the other YORK systems that I got installed work great and they always show the temp at the display.

I have emailed you a explanation of e2.
I would of posted it only the pdf page is larger than we are allowed to post.
Anyway e2 is a;

Communication malfunction between the outdoor IC and DSP.
You are advised to check the signal wiring polarity.
Or the shield cable earthing.

Failing that a main board change is advised.
I don't work on these but it sounds possibly expensive?
