MCHX - ALuminium ~ Aluminium joint - Leaks

Gentlemen,

I am seeking for the solution on the above subject.

Problem :

We are using MCHX condenser for our Split air conditioners, now we are facing problem of leakage in Aluminium - Aluminium joints (with adaptor). I am attaching the images for the same.

Kindly help me out with your expertise.

There should be enough contact area to braze any joint then only you can ensure that your brazing has got enough strength.

We are ensuring enough contact area, but we are observing lot of vibration in the discharge line & I guess because of this, the joint is getting cracked. we have provided discharge loops & still cant get the results.

Compressor used - Rotary Comp
