Samsung SR-L3626B Keeps switching off!

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help? I have a Samsung SR-L3626B and it keeps switching itself off and after a while back on again? It started by doing it once a day but now it's all the time and the freezer no longer freezes food!
The fan works to the fridge and it does get cold. I ordered a thermo fuse which should be coming today do you think it could be this? Also is the thermo fuse located in the freezer?

Ok I have changed the Thermo fuse and it still switches off and on. There is a sensor strapped to the bottom of the evaporator could this have gone down and cause these symptoms?
