situation: milk vane 600 ltr. with reciprocating compressor lunite hermetique 45 series/dead/, refrigerant 22, TXV, Milk is coming abotu 30 deg.Celsius and need to going down to 7C. Is it possible to be replaced with an rotary AC compressor

Yes its possible. Just make sure that capacity and oil is the same as the original compressor.

you should take the milk temp down to 4C, at 7c it develops germs very quick.
