Morn Air Source Heat Pump JKR-85W

I have a Morn Air to water heat pump, it isn't the best unit but everything is fine except there is a fault with an air probe. Does anybody have a manual or some technical literature for one of these I have emailed the company but I am not sure they can even read it.

do you have a picture of the indoor controller and the PCBs?
if you can describe more detail on the faulty?
