leaking freezer

We have developed a persistent leak in the freezer part of of our Zanussi fridge freezer. It starts as ice forming at the bottom of the freezer compartment, then leaking out as water onto the floor of the kitchen.

Any ideas how I might fix this? Thanks in advance

Check that the drain pipe is not blocked by blowing into it.
If there is a tray on the compressor at the back, check for holes.
Check the connection of the drainage pipe to the body of the fridge.

If all the above is OK, call the company service.
