Hi Guys,

Dont usually do too much with fujitsu kit so was just wondering if anyone can help. Iv got a customer who has the follwing condenser model no's
AOYR24LCC
AOYS12LDC
AOYR18LCC

The customer wants to have the systems as cooling only as the office staff are running them in heating mode aswel as having the radiators on.

Is this possible on these model no's? Dip switch on the condenser?

Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Might be simpler to disconnect the 4 way solenoid coil? i think it energises to heat, although with rads why are they running the heat pumps? Not enough heat output, might be cheaper to run the heat pumps?

Apparently the girls are moaning so they turn the heating on and the heat pumps so its like a furnace in there and the boss is getting the hump! Would disconnecting that not cause the system to fault?

If they put it to heating it will fault due to no heat, actually it's a ****e way to do it, no point in wasting energy cooling them. Have you checked fgeurofred for literature?

whooaaah there, simply fit a tamperproof stat to disable power to the indoor at say 22deg, so the system will provide heat but not excessivly, mauling with the 4 way valve will mean in heating mode, the system will cool and cause freeze up of the indoor coil as the indoor will be in low fan mode waiting for a coil temp of 33deg,system tthen provides some cooling but then will run continuously as the setpoint of say 23 isnt going to be reached!!

Can't see anything useful in the manuals for that problem.

Why not just remove all of the remote controllers during the winter peiod?

brian- have u tried taking a remote control off a woman-let alone a tribe of women- an as for a controller that operates heat-not even steve irwin would have a go at that!
