Hi All,
Any one having problems with capillary connectors used on pressure controls?
I have 6-7 high & low pressure controls in 1 system.
All are not behaving as per the system pressure.
These are flexible connectors with 1/4" OD.
Any views!!!

What's your problem exactly with those? Are they leaking, breaking, ...
Reaction to slow? Oil in it.

Problem is that controls are not working as per system pressure!!
We used 1/2" flexible hoses, where inside dia is approx 2 mm.
Wondering, if we should use 1/4" copper tubing!

If the bore is 2mm then you may well be getting poor reactive times / pressures.
With the gas flow being dampened.
As you suggest yourself.
Try one line with copper and see if things improve?
An easy way of proving things.
