carrier tm800 clutch sticking on pulley

hi all i was called out to a tm800 which the evap fan motor bearing was on fire so after a major strip down the bearings have all been replaced and the appropriate grease has been put in, it is all back together the only thing is the pulley and clutch face are catching on the clutch i hve tried all sorts, there are no shims missing so any help is much appreciated.

there is a ofset on the magnetic hub if not central they rub when assembling line hub so the hub and magnetic clutch dont rub

i changed quite a few evap fan, an clutch bearings but never had this problem, did you check it before disassembling?
is the pulley rubbing against the magnetic coil ???
