Hi guys,

I have a Hotpoint FF40X fridge freezer. Water is dripping from the right side of the vent in the middle of the freezer section. It's forming ice down the back of the inside, in the lower two storage drawers and pooling at the bottom of the freezer.

Any ideas on how I can fix it?

I've attached a pic, although it's hard to see.

Many thanks.

hi,
i have exactly the same problem, ditching it now as comet engineer has replaced the pcb board and the cooling collection tray in top of freezer and they have now written off appliance as they are to useless to fix....now we have the freezer alarm bleeping every now and again, its a shame as the design is excellent just hotpoints useless reliability very poor for a 2 1/2 year old appliance
