hi all on this forum site.im a commercial ref eng and a friend has a problem on a side by side samsung fr/fr.... cabinet is approx 10 yrs old and the evap in the fridge section ices up ... fan checks out and i have a continuity reading through the heater , does any body have a service manual for this model or knowledge of how to initiate a defrost on the door controls ..all help much appreciated
