Hi all, i am new to the industry i've done the F Gas course, and find my company throwing me in at the deep end, just wondering if there a section here to find out basic question/queries on the basics.

As i dont want to waste peoples time on the very basics, most of the work i will be doing is in the commeercial catering side of things.

I'm not a total newb i have nearley 20 years experience of gas and electricial work in commercal catering.

And pointers would be welcome thanks in advance.

Welcome Nobow
Start with Refrigeration 101 by Gary.
Search the fundamentals section using key words related to your queries.
Happy hunting.

Nobow.
If you continue to ask in the manner you have started, then you should have no problems even from a grump like me!

Being thrown in at the deep end is scary, but it is the quickest way to learn.
Just browsing the forum and reading the posts will help.
good luck. Grizzly
