Polar Ice Machine T316 help :S

Have one of these on our sites. It makes ice fine and drops it fine but when the box is full of ice it goes in to fault :s. ive check the ice level sensor by disconnecting it and obviosly this brings up the ice level full light when i reconnect it it goes out. What over problems could it be? im :s as it makes it fine could it e the PCB?

We have a lot of PCB problems with these machines, on the plus side the PCB is not too expensive.
While you are at it change the sensors as well, (belt and bracers engineering)
