beko split error e8

hii all

i have a BEKO air conditioner split type its work on colling ok.
but when i change it to heating the indoor unit work fan only and the outdoor has no responce
after five minute the display has E8 and stop workin

any help will be apreciated.

Hi sars.
The code you supplied comes up as a Fridge Freezer and on the beko UK site there is no reference to any A/C equipment.
I was not aware that Beko made Splits.
On a lot of splits of varying manufacture E8 can mean low refrigerant pressure.

If yours is indeed a split, have you tried cleaning the filters?

What is full model name (indoor and outdoor)?
Also, if you are service engineer you should provide model# of PCB.
