SMX III SR + help fire

Hi all........
can you talk me through the simple steps of remove the Bosch Alternator from Thermo king unit of SB III SR + sl 200 300......etc and what are the main wires which must canceled from the relay board and connected togather .

NOTE: I removed all wires that conected with BOSH ALT via relay board , so i have code 48 now

Any help is appreciated
