Hi all, hope somebody can help, our fridge freezer has been slowly defrosting over the past few days, we didn't go in the freezer so just thought it was a problem with the fridge door. Now everything has defrosted, so we decided to switch off and defrost the entire freezer.
Switched back on and left on super freeze over night, I came down this morning and checked inside the fridge and it was hot and the freezer was warm as well, also no noise is coming from the unit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have turned it off for now and will leave off for a few hours and then see what happens and what advise is offered on here.
