problem with norpe freezer

Hello,

We have norpe island freezer. When we started it was without glases on top. Later customer dicided to put glases on. Then started problems during defrost, Shows a lot of water on the glass.

is the condensation on the inside of the glass or outside?
if on the outside then lower the humidity in the shop,if on the inside of the glass shorten the defrost time and reduce the termination temp if possible,otherwise u need to allow for ventilation.

we have shortened the defrosts but then evaporator grow s up with the snow
