Building home made walk-in cooler.

Hi. This is the problem I have a customer that would like to build a walk- in cooler in a room in his building but does not want to buy a box. Room is down to studs at this time so we can do any thing.
Any ideas on this?
Or sould we buy a box?

Buy a box, has to be cheaper and more hygenic, although what temperature does he want?

Al is right, you might be able to make one for less but it wont last and all in all you and your customer will be dissapointed in the long run. Search the web, there are many companies selling used boxes. I spent two weeks training in Boston last summer, looking forward to coming back, what an amazing city.
