Hi im currently having a problem with my fridge.

The freezer part is working fine but the fridge part is not getting cold at all
Help please

make sure none of vents are blocked and that the damper is working also check control temp sensor

Hi Just try to switch off the refrigerator so it will get rid from all the ice because probably you have a blocked vent with ice and switch it on again, i think you will need to leave it off for about ten hours, If this problem occurs again after a week or two then you have a defrost problem it might be a faulty defrost timer,defrost heater or a sensor
