Anyone know where the unloader adjustment is on a Carlyle 5H40 compressor? What is the normal load and unload settings for a R-22 freezer. My pressures are 13#-210# and one cylinder head temperature is 285 and the other is 245. I disassemble the TXV and replaced a AC powerhead for a freezer one. I also changed a very dirty core drier. Opened TXV half turn. Superheat is 4 degrees. Temperature at suction service valve is 43 degrees. Pipe run is 120 feet with only an accumulator in the suction line. Am I looking in the right area?

Hello,
Go to http://www.carlylecompressor.com (http://www.carlylecompressor.com/) click on literature, 5F/H and then file 510/509 and/or 530/505. both those files will give you good insight on the operation of a 5H compressor.
