when you say fridge guys, what are they actually looking for mate, do you know ??

Jack of all trades like alot of FM companies or good engineers that specialise in a particular field ??

As I also know 3 others screaming out, Cofely for chiller engineers, Mitie for jack of all & Iceland jack of all

Also service4chillers need chiller engineers but this will be jack of all trades soon as have spoken to new manager/director who has his own ideas which way the companies going now

hmmm...engineers leaving honeywell and wanting to leave....poor senior management not keeping an eye on there field management activities...so i believe..particularily in central area/manchester

Sad the way the labour market gets shoved around.

As CM says, Mitie are looking for staff in his area and I heard the other week that they are laying off around 90 down our way.

not much help if people can not get up into London but if theres any down your way that you know can mate , they have been trying to fill a/c roles chiller roles heating roles & multi skilled nearly all year now and still advertising, I went interview and withdraw application based on who met there, did not seem like someone to work for, more like typical film stereotype sgt major, jump jump, not for me, we all equal in my world
