I have found that many parts, except for refrigerator water filters (http://www.discountfilters.com/refrigerator-water-filters/), you have to get directly from Samsung. I have all Samsung appliances. No problems with the fridge yet, but the dishwasher has nearly been impossible to find parts for. Also, there are not many manuals out there to work off of. Even the company I called to consult wasn't able to help because there is such limited information.
