Portable Ammonia Pump Out Flare

Sveral years ago I used Air Gas to Pump Out a large Dairy plant to tie in numerous additions. During this pump out the pressure on the truck was finally inhibiting the pump out compressors rate of discharge. The "air gas guy" had a flare device composed of what I remember 3 or 4" pipe. We hookd the compressor discharge to the flare gun and lit the propane assist flame, then shifted the pump out compressor discharge to the flare and made the prettiest 20' flame I 've ever seen, worked great.

Now to the point, I didn't take good notes on this device and would now like to build one. Does anyone have a drawing or sketch of one?
