Dears
we fix two zexel compressors TM 16 for V500 unit thermoking , first one stack up after 2 days , the replacement one become low pressure after 3 days what reason for stack up first and the low pressure for the second one .
system cleaned with R22 and oils separator , drier are new , compressor oil compatible type and level . gas 404 a
plz advice if defective compressor or from fixing

also the same appliance happened with other two compressors with gas R134a

4 compressors damaged in 4 days please this will be from compressors or fault in fixing

this may sound silly but where are you pulling a vacuum from? I have herd that if the vacuum pump is over sized you might pull oil out of the compressor or even if the suction port is low. next what angles are the comps at? not upside down? if the comps are rated for r134a/ r404a why are you using r22? engine rpm/ comp rpm? high pressures? are the comps seizing up? low pressure over sized compressor/ check your refrigeration system. last of all did you add oil to the oil separator?
