Soft starter power card problem.

Hi,

We got a problem with Carrier chiller 19XR soft starter power card fuse 0.63A blown problem.What may be the cause or the problem in the card.Is it repirable?. is it possible to exchange the card from another chiller with lower tonnage?????.Your advise is so appreciable. thank you....

if this is a old unit ,then the starter is most probably obsolete,
you could try and contact benshaw directly,
swapping cards is pissible but they must be a total match!!
i have technichal specs and manuals mail me and i will try to help.
untill then check your wiring .
