Hi all,
I own a Samsung RS60KJSM (Side-by-side) that worked like a charm for about 5 years up to now.
In the last two months, for two times, I've found that the freezer side was slowly defrozing everything even if the temperature shown was -20.
I've unplugged and replugged the power supply and after this "reboot" the (correct) temperature was show -5 and after some minutes the compressor started and temperature went back to be really -20.
The other side is running correctly ad 5 degrees.
It is like if suddenly, something involved on reading the freezer zone temperature stucks to -20 and even if the temperature is slowly rising the logic doesn't start to compensate.
What can be wrong ?
