GE model APH10AAG1 (floor model) a/c unit...red "water tank" light is on. and a/c fan doesn't come on (no a/c at all). I emptied it but light is still on..does the red light being on stop unit from coming on?? all other lights work, including the inside temperature (and it is hot in here 88F and its 11pm!!!) if so, how do i fix this problem?? again I'm positive the tank is empty. i took the cover off to check..
