Liebert Hiross HPM

Hi,
I have a Liebert Hiross HPM. Water is dripping from underneath this unit. I tried calling support but they don't have a clue either. The water quantity is not that much but it is causing our separate water leakage detector to alarm.

The weather is very hot and the tempretures reach above 45 degrees centigrade with 70% Humidity.

Can anyone help me tuning the settings on ICOM.

I recently restored to factory default values.

Check humidifier drain line. Sometimes humidifier dumps hot water at temperature up to 90 C. And sometime installer fails to use copper tubing for drainage, using PVC instead. PVC tubing is usually good only up to 70 C.

is your unit downflow ?
what is room temp set point
what is room humidity set point
what is dehumidification set point
is this intalled with electric reheat
also manually check the filter clog alarm
