good day fellow members. Do you know of any sabroe smc 112L parts supplier in the philippines, or any asian country near us ? I am very disappointed with the after sales service of the local sabroe supplier (unless there are any I do not know of here in the philippines). thanks

chillerman, i will try to check this website that you posted. after waiting for almost an eternity for the ordered parts to arrive, upon checking, the bolts that we ordered is different from the existing bolts. the delivered bolt has a different length (shorter by 7 mm), and the thread pitch is different (existing, as per parts catalog is unf 3/8, delivered part is 1.25 mm pitch). thanks again

Thanks engrp.
I learned something today!
I never knew Sabroe supplied Imperial sized bolts as they are made in Denmark and have Metric bolts fitted.
I had heard that they sometimes supplied comps from their sister company Frick.
Which being American made has Imperial sizes used.

Is there any chance that the compressor model details are wrong?

Sorry just re-read your post and am even more confused as it's a SMC Recip you are asking about.
I thought that they were completely Metric?

Have you asked them why such should happen?

same here. also thought that sabroe, being a european company , uses metric specs. anyway, got the reply from sabroe europe. they admitted their mistake (part number on packaging is correct, but wrong specs made by part supplier). however, we, as the end user suffered because of this debacle on their (sabroe europe end). thanks again for the comments
