If it is mate....then manufacturers should put us on commission for giving them work, sorting out the parameters

I don't give out passwords either to my colleagues of the aftersales. If it was for me, I wouldn't even supply the display and keyboard to the controllers.

Hi NONickName

Well any buyer of any chiller is intitled to all the information on the equipment they have purchased

What your suggesting mate, has been tried and tested - the result being companies refusing to release the details are threatened with court action and soon release, engineers and specifiers only recommend equipment that has all its information available

Why would anyone buy a chiller that you are tied into overpriced manufacturers rates for its entire life

Its a no brainer mate, that customers are wise to this now and want a chiller they can choose who works on it

Hi Chillerman
Could you please help me out with the manufactures password for a climaveneta W3000 controller. The chiller is a Flatcwoods chiller FOCS/B3152 which was made by climaveneta. We have issues with the loading of the machine and would like to slow the pulses down. If you could help i would appreciate it. I have tried the passwords you provided but the man. pass is alot longer
