your talking small a/c, surely it's better for your customers to have a nice new pretty unit with some warranty

always used R417a in splits, used 422d on larger applications and with some fine tuniing it does the job

Hi all,

Is that flamable gas? because it is mixing with hydrocarbon 600a/R125and R134a

Please advise.

Check this, might be useful:
www.fri3oilsystem.com/retrofitcase.zip (http://www.fri3oilsystem.com/retrofitcase.zip)
Comparison on a chiller with 2 circuits, 300kw each. On one circuit R22 was substituted with R422D, and on the other, with R407C (once MO was totally eliminated). Check the results.

Nando.
