Zanussi ZRB224NXO Fridge Freezer water leak in Freezer compartment

i have a Zanussi ZRB224NXO, 11months now, it is a frost free Fridge Freezer is there a reason why it has leaked water at the base of the freezer door and why there is a pool of frozen water under the bottom of the last freezer draw?

Likely nthere is a blockage or mal function of the defrost water drain.11months will be undr gaurantee.
