dixell XM440k control

hello,
i'm new in this forum and i've got some problem with a dixell XM440k control. it has 2 parameters that i can not find in it's manual. the parameters are:

cin: -18
HyC: rE

-18 & rE ar the values that they currently have. i have the manual from her:

can someone help me? i want to know what make cin & HyC ?

HyC = hysteresis of condenser
cin = cut in condenser

rE = relative, Ab = absolute.
