Fujico fault codes

Hi Guys I'm looking at a Fujico SF55EAS tower a/c unit with E3 error code coming up. Machine wont reset or do anything just this code appearing. Any ideas anyone. Thanks Mack.

I have no idea what this unit is but I would suggest, isolate the power and then power up again, if the fault remains I would be expecting a manually reset safety circuit, if the fault has dissapeared then its an auto reset which you would then be able to diagnose whilst its running

eliminate all the safety circuits, then start looking at boards and communcation faults
