Simple machines to diagnose, 1, check the cycle, disconnect the pump and observe the cycle. Does the evap freeze and when the design temp has been reached does it go into harvest mode?
If all the above work, is the cutting grid OK, voltage to the grid, continuity throughout the grid?
Remember you have very few elements in this machine, if the fridge cycle is OK look at the cutting grid.
Check that the machine is not short of water, is there enough water in the reservoir at the end of the cycle, if not check the ice control thermostat, remember this machine only fills on the harvest cycle so if there is a problem with the thermostat ( cutting out too soon ) the water level may well be low.
BUT FIRST of all disconnect the pump and watch the cycle, DRY, it will allow you to start from a sound basis, IE. the fridge kit is OK, the cycle stat is OK so lets look some where else.

One more point I have been to these machines where the drain plug on the reservoir was missing letting the water to discharge in to the bin, meaning the ice machine was working flat out, no water in the reservoir but going through endless cycles.

Lets know how you get on with this one.

check the water is turned on,check the gauze filter on the water inlet at the solonoid, check the soloniod opens during harvest cycle to fill the sump
