How to select an appropriate compressor for a cooling system?

Hi everybody
I’m trying to select a cooling system for a vapor degreasing device. Evaporator temperature must be 5 deg C, refrigerator is R22 and maximum refrigeration capacity is 1.5 kW.
What is the appropriate compressor in terms of power or other important characteristics?
What happen to the system if I chose an oversized compressor?
