Zanussi Fridge Freezer, freezer working, warm spot in fridge about drainage hole

Hi, can you help? The freezer is working however the fridge does not appear to be getting cold and there is a warm spot just above the drainage hole. I turned the fridge off overnight but am having the same problem today. Any advice? Please?
