Please advise if Operational software Recp 5141.m2x is applicable to
operational software recp 5126.m2x and recp 5127.m2x.

recp5126.m2x and recp5127.m2x are old pieces of software from 2004 and have long been superceded. The m2x files are for use on the PCMCIA SRAM programming card when programming ML2i controllers using the PC Card Adaptor (Flash - SRAM). Carrier software is numbered through their software releases and the higher the number the more recent the release. Each new release of software supercedes the previous version. Current versions of Carrier operational software are SWR5151 for Thinline units using the reciprocating compressor and SWR5352 for Eliteline / Primeline units using Scroll compressors. The versions you have should be discarded and replaced with these new versions. When programming the SRAM card the menu file has to be installed first it cannot be copied and then the *.m2x and *.ML3 files dropped onto the card allowing both ML2i and ML3 controllers to be loaded interchangeably
