with all my respect, believe me, using the rule of thumb to calculate industrial refrigeration plant .... is not possible

the rule of thumb calculation you can use to buy A/C for home ... sometimes not

Maybe we can help you in some other way ..... but you must ask what you need ...

There no rules of thumb, beleive me. Cut a peice of string then measure it, you will be totally wrong by comparison. There are no quick fixes or short cuts in this industry if you want to accurate. Do the calculations.
