city multi 407c some units not working

hi can anybody help 407c city multi has master and slave bc box with 16 units on 9 in open plan and 7 in separate offices and has g50 on it

the problem is that the system is not cooling on all of the units if i split the system and put separate offices on 1 by 1 it will cool but put open plan on and it it does not cool any apart from 2 small rooms i have checked the gas charge and its fine tried lev3 not that has any body come across this before. help!

What way is it piped , are the offices on the master or slave BC , does it operate in heating only or as a mixture of both ,heating main ,cooling main,Whats the DPHM in cooling.

Hi i found the problem 2 off the vales controlling the ports repaired them off sper ports and it seems to of done the trick thanks for your reply.
